D Day!

I started the dreadful DIET today so wish me luck I am going to need LOTS of it!
I took "Alli"(It was RX but now it's over the counter) back when school started (before the stress kicked in) and lost 25 pounds so I know that it works (other than the tummy issues it gives you that are temporary)I just have to get my mind in the right mode.I cleaned out the pantry today and said goodbye to the Little Debbies fudge rounds,Reese's peanut butter cups,Chips and all of the other poision:((
Thank God my child doesn't like the stuff I like because it would be harder I couldn't deprive him.He likes the yucky strawberry Little Debbies and fruit and yogurt?? Go figure...He didn't get his good eating habits from me or his Dad:))
But, I am going to do better!!!
See Ya Soon!

Good luck with your diet Cecile.

Mike and I laugh that Griffin eats far better than we do. He likes apple sauce and peaches for dessert ... neither one of us will touch either of them.

Anyway ... good luck again!!

Good luck..I know you can do it:)

Sugar-free Jello with lite cool whip is YUMMO for when the snack attack hits..and in Weight Watchers eyes..it is ZERO points! Yeah..that's what I'm talking about:)

Cecile,
I wish you all the best with the diet! It sure is more fun putting it on than taking it off right? In addition tot he sugar free jello and cool whip, I found the sugar free pudding cups to be WONDERFUL LIFE SAVERS and I also found some Weight Watcher cake type recipes online that help a lot. Let me know and I will email them to you!
