My Tired Boy:)

Hey everybody!
I just wanted to pop in and say hello!
My sweet (rotten) boy is adjusting to getting up early for school and when he gets home from school he is so pooped .This is a pic I took after school today:)
With school starting I have been so tired in the daytime because I cannot sleep
at night I just lay in the bed and stare at the alarm clock...
2:00 am
2:30am
3:00am
and on, and on.........
and then it's 6:00am..
and thats the time I get up:))
Too Early and Totally Unrested:((
I know that's enough about me and my lack of sleep..

I'm sorry you aren't sleeping well. Did the insomnia begin when Cole returned to school or is it something you suffer from alot?

Hey girl,
Grab a bottle of Melatonin at the drug store. It is an herbal supplement designed to promote healthy sleep habits. It is non addictive and it won't knock you out, it just helps you relax and fall asleep. It's really inexpensive too and all natural. My husband takes it when he is on night shift and it helps him sleep during the day. Marissa's doctor also took her off of a prescription sleep aid that was not working and recommended this. It works!!!

I'm sorry you aren't sleeping well. I have no ideas or remedies for you. Hopefully you and Cole will do better this week as things get more settled into a routine. Take care girl, we worry about you.
